| OUR
PHILOSOPHY AND APPROACH
We believe in the importance of design
to the environment. We seek design which fits into its community
and demonstrates the importance of architecture within our
lives. Our approach is to explore each project as a challenge,
using first principles of planning and design. We believe
in communication as the means of understanding project goals,
issues and factors. We seek to adapt, explore and understand
issues within the development community.

Sensitive and Fitting Design
Our design is respected in government;
our projects have received many awards.
Contextually based design such as Mayfair
Walk infill townhouses, Riverdale Lofts on a main street and
the recycling of Maple Leaf Gardens.
Innovative urban design such as the
proposed revitalization of many retail centres.
Design which meets user needs including
residential projects and retail stores with defined target
markets.
Image and style flexibility –
from the white exposed steel technology of the Loblaws store
at Bathurst & St.Clair to the glass curtain wall of Sapphire
Tower to the traditionally proportioned and styled, stone
and brick Kensington residential condominium building.
