For all jobs salary will be commensurate with experience. We are looking for: Junior Commercial Base Building Technologist with minimum 2 years relevant experience. Responsibilities include working drawing production, co-ordination with engineering consultants, working ability in AutoCAD 2002, Microsoft Office, the Ontario Building Code and the ability to work in a team environment.		Residential / Urban Design Technologist with a minimum 4 years experience. A talented architectural designer is sought with a flare for site planning, project images and building elevation design. A working ability in AutoCAD 2002 including 3D programs, Photoshop, Microsoft Office/Excel, some understanding of municipal zoning by-laws and urban design guidelines and the ability to work in a team environment. Residential Working Drawing Technologist with a minimum 4 years experience. Responsibilities include low-rise wood and light steel frame OBC Part 9 buildings and multi-storey concrete frame buildings. A working ability in AutoCAD 2002 and the ability to work and a team environment are essential.
