Since joining the firm in 1990, Ellen has managed the business side of the practice. She has implemented a fully integrated computerized accounting and time management system which allows the firm to effectively bill and track time and expenses. Together with a staff of 2, Ellen is responsible for all aspects of accounting up to and including financial reporting. Over the past few years her role has expanded into project management where she works together with staff, consultants and clients to ensure commitments to budgets and project profitability. |
